Recovered evidence: documents, provenance and current corrections

The 155-page 422B notarial package comprises 54 pages/28 folios of the ACTA DE PRESENCIA, 100 incorporated pages and a simple-copy certification. It includes notice, proxies, attendance/voting, objections, debt, the 2012 president's statement, circulation/withholding, 2012 minutes, accounts and budget. The 2012 objection writing and complete typed version remain open. Authenticity, original circulation and validity are not established; every public page is fully redacted.

The received five-page document is dated 11 February 2022 and attributes to the Board of RIC Private Equity Investment Partners, S.C.R., S.A., through its secretary, a proposed first call on 11 March and second call on 12 March. It records notice and agenda wording but does not prove authorship, actual issuance, service or recipient knowledge. This is not minutes: occurrence, quorum, votes and outcome are unproved. The reference to a 29 December 2021 shareholder resolution is a later recital; its primary records remain unlocated.
