The builders are `scripts/build_public_ac_orders.py` and `scripts/build_concurso_autos_public_pdfs.py`. Each output is reconstructed from raster images, has no searchable text layer, AcroForm, annotation, XML metadata or inherited verification stream, and was visually reviewed page by page after conversion.

## Redaction rule

The public transcripts retain the complete located substantive text and show redaction markers. They remove only:

- repeated court administrative headers, NIG/IUP and verification codes;
- personal/contact identifiers, direct telephone/email data and bank/policy identifiers;
- electronic-signature metadata; and
- names of procedural professionals not needed to understand the decision or allegation.

Judicial decision-makers, the Insolvency Administrator, the principal entities, procedure numbers, dates, reasoning and operative parts remain visible. Internal source inconsistencies are not silently normalised. Examples include the month/date mismatch in the AC appellate filing, the year `2026` written in a diligence for the order actually dated 11 November 2025, and differing names in a body/signature block.

## Known gaps

The archive does **not** claim that every docket item ever filed has been recovered. At the cut-off:

1. the Decree of 1 September 2025 and the March 2025 diligence cited in the remuneration clarification incident were not located as autonomous source files;
2. no minutes or recording of the 20 January 2026 preliminary hearing were located;
3. no signed later merits decision was located in RPL 421/2026; and
4. no signed merits outcome after Auto 223/2026 was located in accumulated RPL 3304/2025 and 3319/2025.

## Controlling legal formulation

The removal application and remuneration claim were both rejected at first instance on active-standing grounds. The located first-instance decisions did not adjudicate the substantive removal grounds or the legality and amount of the remuneration. Auto 223/2026 combined the two removal appeals but did not decide their merits. Party filings record allegations and requested relief; they are not findings of fact.
