Position and scrutiny. Gil Marer and the affected entities advance a unitary allegation of coordinated conduct to control and exploit Sun Park assets and rights, which they ask to be investigated through criminal and other distinct routes. That is their attributed position, not a judicial finding of guilt. Every actor, act, date and proceeding requires its own evidence.
