LA COMUNIDAD DE EXPLOTACIÓN SUN PARK
Lanzarote, a 7 de Abril de 2017
REUNIDOS
En el Hotel Sun Park de Lanzarote, siendo las 15.00 horas del 7 de Abril de 2017, se
reúne la Junta General de la Comunidad de Explotación del Complejo Sun Park, con

La totalidad de los propietarios de SUN PARK constituidos en Comunidad de Explotación, y a
tal efecto acuerdan, según los Estatutos vigentes:
I. Constituirse en Junta General Extraordinaria, según el art. 12 de los Estatutos de la
Comunidad de Explotación aprobados en la sesión constitutiva de 29 de abril de
2008.
II. Designar por unanimidad Presidente de la Junta General a D. [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO] y
duración efectiva del cargo, quien acepta el cargo.
III. Aprobar por unanimidad el orden del día de la sesión, con los siguientes
ASUNTOS
Primero.- Aceptación de las dimisiones del Presidente, Tesorero y Secretario de la Junta
Rectora designados el 28 de agosto del 2014.
Segundo.- Elección de cargos y duración de los mismos.

Cuarto.- Aprobación del Acta.
Se pasa a continuación a examinar el orden del día.
Primero.- Aceptación de las dimisiones de los cargos de la Junta Rectora
designados el 28 de agosto del 2014.
Por unanimidad se acuerda aceptar la dimisión de los cargos existentes, proponiendo los
mismos para su reelección en el punto siguiente.
Segundo.- Elección de cargos y duración de los mismos.
Por unanimidad se acuerda elegir Presidente de la Comunidad de Explotación del
Complejo Sun Park a D. [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO] durante un período de tres (3) años, que
culminará el 7 de abril del 2020, quien además detentará los poderes y facultades de la
Junta Rectora incluídos en el art. 16 de los Estatutos sociales.
Tercero.- Formalización de acuerdos.
Por unanimidad se designa al Presidente, D. [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO] para que comparezca
ante Notario público y formalice los acuerdos adoptados en esta Junta Universal
Extraordinaria y emita los documentos públicos o privados que exija la ejecución de tales
acuerdos.

Por unanimidad, y tras su redacción y lectura, se aprueba la presente Acta, siendo las
15.30 horas del día señalado y en el lugar indicado.
