Yaiza: what did the municipality recognise, when, and on which documents?

The municipal question is not to decide civil title or criminal liability. It is to identify what files, declarations, works, licences, taxes and communications Yaiza relied on for Sun Park/MYND Yaiza and third-party units.

Core question

For each municipal act concerning Sun Park/MYND Yaiza, which entity or community was treated as owner, promoter, operator or interlocutor; which document supported that attribution; which units did it cover; and how were Matkator and other third-party owners treated?

  1. Complete relevant municipal file index, including 5891/2026 and works/licensing files.
  2. Documents identifying promoter, owner, representative, community or operator.
  3. Plans and finca/unit mapping for works.
  4. IBI/waste-tax history for Matkator.
  5. Yaiza–Cabildo–Canary Government communications concerning all accommodation units or tourism operation.
  6. Express response to the 31 July and 6–7 August 2026 filings.
