THE
PULSE

El pulso de la prueba

A recurring Por Derecho symbol for one question: what does the underlying record actually say — now? The mark means contact with the primary source, not confidence in a narrative.

A fingertip touches the pulse point on a wrist; the contact point emits a short evidential pulse.

Operational meaning

Touch the source. Establish the current state.

The Pulse compresses a larger forensic method into a recognisable status signal. It never upgrades evidence by symbolism alone.

01 · SourceWhat is the primary record?
02 · StateWhat does it establish — and not establish?
03 · LineageIndependent support or repeated origin?
04 · ContrastSupport, qualification or contradiction?
05 · EffectWhere was it later relied on and with what consequence?

Evidence boundary. “The Pulse” is a forensic metaphor, not a physiological lie detector. Por Derecho does not infer fear, truthfulness, intent, credibility, criminality, guilt or liability from a person's pulse, handshake or gesture. The contact point represents contact with a source.
