SYNTHETIC REVIEW PACK · INITIATIVE IN FORMATION

Test the method, not our conclusions.

This pack lets a Bar, Council, deontology team, insolvency practitioner, professional school or university test the usefulness and neutrality of The Second Pair of Eyes without handing over confidential files and without assuming any institutional relationship with Por Derecho.

No collaboration, adoption, approval or endorsement by ICALPA, ICAM, CCACM or any other institution is claimed. “Pilot-ready” means only that the method can be tested without real case data.

Collaboration ladder

Seven levels, each reversible

The institution chooses how far to go. No stage commits it to the next.

1. Observe

Review the public methodology and safeguards.

2. Correct

Identify a factual, procedural, legal or competence error.

3. Red-team

Try to demonstrate bias, false positives, competence drift or a missing contrary explanation.

4. Synthetic pilot

Apply the method to a wholly fictional file; the first independent round excludes anonymised real matters.

5. Founder-related internal application

Por Derecho’s own matter is a separate internal development activity, not a stage of institutional approval or independent validation.

6. Institutional pilot

Only after express institutional acceptance and agreed governance. Any real-matter institutional pilot also requires the independent synthetic review and safeguards in the research protocol.

7. Adoption

Recorded only when the institution expressly confirms it.

Neutrality test

The method must be able to say “the concern is resolved”

A control methodology is defective if it can only escalate. A pilot should deliberately include a scenario in which the second check removes the initial concern. The figures below are design requirements, not measured pilot results.
