CENTRAL RHG NOTICE → PRESERVATION → CONTRACTUAL PERIMETER → OPEN MESSAGE

Radisson Blu Lanzarote: central notice and an open message to a perimeter collaborator.

On 20 August 2026, a confidential communication was sent to Radisson Hotel Group’s central Legal/Compliance and Franchise EMEA & Owner Relations functions, with a request for routing to Internal Audit and the competent ethics group. This record publishes the fact of transmission, its documentary context and a partly anonymised open message to a professional or collaborator in the Acosta Matos / Canarian Hospitality / RICPE perimeter.

Email sent · receipt, routing and review pending

Immediate boundary. “Sent” does not mean delivered, received by the correct person, registered, preserved, investigated or accepted. Nor is RHG attributed prior knowledge, participation or responsibility in the matters notified.
Functional anonymisation. The open-message addressee’s identity is not published at this stage. The purpose is to preserve role-based questions and sources — without unnecessary personal exposure or attribution by association — until primary documents can identify the entity, mandate, dates, instructions and knowledge precisely.

1 · Institutional action on 20 August 2026

What central RHG was asked to do

DELIVERY

Central electronic notice

Sent to the verified corporate functions for Legal/Compliance and Franchise EMEA & Owner Relations. Direct addresses and the full confidential communication are not published here.

ROUTING

Internal Audit and Ethics

RHG was expressly asked to assign a central, independent and conflict-cleared owner and to create an identifiable case reference.

PRESERVATION

Files before avoidable local circulation

RHG was asked to consider a legal hold or equivalent measure covering contracts, KYC/UBO, diligence, finance, brand, franchise, access records, communications and metadata.

The requested review is finite: identify, entity by entity, contract by contract, date by date and function by function, who contracted, owned, franchised, operated, financed, built, beneficially owned, advised and approved; what documents were received; what checks were performed; and which later changes were notified.

2 · Why RHG has a direct corporate interest

This is not an alert about a remote relationship

Canarian Hospitality
Acosta Matos support and works
RICPE / MYND Yaiza perimeter

Franchise

Canarian Hospitality identifies Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote as its first franchised property and describes its operating model with international brands.

Group backing

Canarian Hospitality states that its project has financial and strategic backing from Grupo Acosta Matos.

Hotel transformation

The operator itself attributes the refurbishment/transformation of the Lanzarote Radisson property to Grupo Acosta Matos.

Same investment portfolio

RICPE’s September 2023 prospectus places Radisson Blu Lanzarote and MYND Yaiza — formerly Sun Park — within its portfolio, with separate MYND works and employment financing components.

Separate-legal-person rule. RHG, Canarian Hospitality, Grupo/Construcciones Acosta Matos, Las Coronas de Teguise, Hotel New Trend, MYND Yaiza, RICPE and every individual are distinct subjects. The documented connection justifies diligence and preservation; it does not by itself establish shared knowledge, agreement, breach or liability.

5 · Partly anonymised open message

To the professional or collaborator who recognises their involvement

This message does not presume that you acted improperly. Your identity is deliberately omitted while there is insufficient primary basis to individualise your role publicly. The immediate question is documentary: what function did you perform, for which entity, on what dates, under what mandate and with what information?

If you participated — directly or indirectly — in a professional, contractual, financial, technical, brand, franchise, operating, refurbishment, diligence, introduction, approval or communication relationship involving any of the following perimeters:

  • Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote;
  • Canarian Hospitality or a connected operating entity;
  • Grupo or Construcciones Acosta Matos;
  • Las Coronas de Teguise;
  • RIC Private Equity;
  • Hotel New Trend / MYND Yaiza / former Sun Park;
  • Insolvency 36/2012, LPB, Matkator or the Community/CEXP;

you are asked to preserve immediately, within the applicable legal and professional limits, the records capable of resolving the following questions.

Requested preservation

  • engagement letters, proposals, matter codes, contracts, amendments and billing;
  • emails, messaging, calendars, meeting notes, calls, shared documents and metadata;
  • conflict, independence, KYC/UBO, acceptance, AML, risk and information-barrier records;
  • documents concerning ownership, title, availability, Community authority, works, licences, operator, finance, source of funds and beneficial owners;
  • legal, technical, tax, financial, brand, franchise or due-diligence reports received or produced;
  • access records for matters, data rooms, DMS, email or platforms and any retention/deletion policy applied.

Finite questions

  1. Entity and function: for which legal person did you act and what was your role, mandate or professional relationship?
  2. Dates and scope: when did your involvement begin and end, and which asset, hotel, project, financing or counterparty did it cover?
  3. Instruction and remuneration: who requested, approved, instructed and paid for your work?
  4. Information received: what documents did you receive concerning title, fragmented ownership, Insolvency 36/2012, LPB, Matkator, third parties, Community/CEXP, works, operation or finance?
  5. Independent verification: what checks did you perform and which exceptions, doubts, reservations or conditions did you document?
  6. Overlap: was there any earlier or later engagement within an adverse or overlapping perimeter, and what conflict/confidentiality control applied?
  7. RHG: was any representation or report dependent on those facts transmitted to RHG, a franchising entity, the owner, the operator or their advisers?
  8. Correction: if any premise was incomplete or inaccurate, when was it identified, who was notified and what action followed?

A documentary response or precise correction within ten working days will permit it to be incorporated before any later institutional expansion.

A short response stating that this message does not concern you and, if known, identifying the correct entity or function is also useful. Every substantiated correction or materially different explanation will be incorporated with equivalent prominence.

Silence will not be represented as an admission. The record will show only that an opportunity for preservation, clarification and response was offered.

6 · What is not asserted

Documentary pressure without accusation inflation

Not asserted

  • that RHG participated in an irregularity;
  • that the anonymous collaborator knew or shared the allegations;
  • that PwC, Grant Thornton or RSM validated a breach;
  • that professional overlap equals coordination;
  • that multiple finance layers prove duplicate funding, fraud or public-fund loss;
  • that a group relationship removes separate legal personality.

Requested

  • preserve sources before they are lost;
  • identify entities, people, functions, dates and contracts;
  • test the root of ownership, authority, finance and diligence;
  • separate fact, party statement, inference and open question;
  • publish corrections with equal visibility;
  • enable a central, independent and traceable review.
Response channel: a confidential, documented response may be sent to sbu001@monterecco.com. No waiver of legal privilege or unlawful disclosure of third-party information is requested; preservation, custodian identification and a non-privileged description of the process followed are requested.
