Public Prosecution communications ↔ proceedings
One public-safe working surface for complaints and communications sent to the Ministerio Fiscal, replies, decrees, routing acts and reports received from it, and their exact or contextual links to proceedings inside and outside Fiscalía.
Documentary reconciliation · 13 September 2026
Read the communications, acts and open evidence gaps
This reading room separates the notification or resend, the documentary act, and the matter or file. A repeated delivery does not create a new decree. Distinct decrees remain distinct even when they concern the same file. Each material document should connect its source, reviewed public derivative where available, verified text, context, corrections and evidential limits.
Reading chain: source → communicated object → Fiscalía act → stated reasoning → later correction or challenge → later response → open question.
The active control covers identified DI, DIP, DIPP, EG and ST references, together with the connected DP 1901/2026 material. The six families below are the privately reconciled source families; they are not the complete Fiscalía denominator. Shared facts or sources do not merge proceedings.
What is preserved, what can be read here, and what is missing
| Matter | Recovered source record | Public reading | Finite gap or limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| DI 22/2026 Las Palmas | Eight original incoming notification events and nineteen official PDF attachments, 11 February–10 July 2026, preserved in private custody and matched to the incoming attachments at byte level. | Existing DI 22 proceeding context. The nineteen private attachments are not presented here as nineteen published PDFs. | The certified complete file and index, any unnotified acts, and the filing-to-decision mapping remain open. The located acts state a same-facts joinder/maintain-archive rule and later judicialisation reasons; their correctness is a separate question. |
| E.G. 745/2026 | The 26 August notification package containing the oficio/decreto is privately preserved and byte-verified. | Reviewed public appeal room: the selected 12 September appeal has seven pages and its evidentiary annex has twenty-one pages. These are the public derivatives of the later appeal package. | PRE_FILING_NOT_VERIFIED_FILED. Publication does not prove filing. The exact submitted document and timestamped filing receipt remain necessary after actual filing. |
| DIP 20/2026 Tenerife → Las Palmas | Private custody preserves the opening/inhibition decree and the separate notification oficio recording archive at the Tenerife origin and inhibition to Las Palmas. | This public summary records the formal routing stated by those sources. The private source PDFs are not newly published by this page. | No receiving-side Las Palmas receipt, reparto, successor reference or later decision was located in this reconciliation. That gap does not prove that receipt or action did not occur. |
| E.G. 58/2026 | Four distinct, byte-verified private acts: 11 February opening/archive; 4 June acknowledgement/joinder; 9 June joinder and refusal of further action on the stated functional/competence basis; 8 September acknowledgement/joinder. | Public chronology and source boundary below. The September communication is distinct from its email delivery events. | The complete file, merits investigation and downstream practical effect are not certified. Public PDF availability is stated separately in the source section below. |
| Exp. Gub. 86/2026 Audiencia Nacional → Arrecife | The submission → registration receipt → competence/inhibition decree → notification oficio chain is preserved and byte-verified in private custody. Outgoing project follow-up to Arrecife is separately located. | This summary describes the source-supported routing to the Fiscalía de Área de Arrecife–Lanzarote–Puerto del Rosario and archive at the Audiencia Nacional origin. | An incoming Arrecife acknowledgement, reparto and successor file/reference were not located. Formal routing does not establish receiving-side treatment or a merits decision. |
| E.G. 49/2026 | Private custody preserves and byte-verifies an initial filing receipt and opening/decline/archive decree, followed by a later receipt and decree expressly reopening to accumulate the new request, declining it and archiving again. | This summary preserves both dated procedural states. The later reopening does not erase the earlier archive. | The sequence establishes what the recorded acts say. It does not certify a complete file or establish the correctness of the reasoning, motive or liability. |
E.G. 58/2026 · the 8–9 September communication
The incomplete 8 September forward, clarification request, corrected 9 September resend and official communication dated 8 September remain separate objects. The corrected resend closes the earlier payload gap while preserving the earlier transport event.
The official communication acknowledges the identified documentation and states that it is joined to E.G. 58/2026. It does not by itself establish reopening, new investigative steps, a merits determination or a downstream territorial outcome.
Reviewed public source: the one-page official communication dated 8 September is available as a redacted public copy. The email address, visible signature and private metadata have been removed, while the substantive content is preserved. The signed source original remains in private custody.

Public copy: one page, 125,422 bytes. SHA-256: 5e0bc2d2bf852056be584c2ddbacfa07d0fd0763d68d389b80e74dfd47eae0ee. This hash identifies the public derivative; it does not authenticate the private original's signature or establish reopening or a merits determination.

These links identify existing public context; they do not certify that every source document in a matter is public. The inherited Public Prosecution Service and Official acts navigation remains available, but those legacy destinations may display a source-not-recovered notice.
Digitisation and completeness
The bounded 8 September census reported 47 verified incoming SBU messages and 66 recovered PDFs. Those historical counts are not a current complete corpus. The 13 September repository audit counted 109 tracked PDFs and 1,811 pages across the repository, with 671 pages flagged for OCR or review; it covers more than Fiscalía and does not certify complete digitisation.
Six recovered June-control derivatives total 382 pages. They remain review candidates in repository custody and are not admitted as public documents by this page. Recovery, verified text, privacy review, publication, filing and examination are separate states.
The latest bounded recovery checkpoint preserves ten original emails and eighteen PDF attachments covering thirty-four pages. This is a recovered subset, not the global denominator. Four pages with Spanish OCR remain candidates for verification.
Global completeness is not certified. Remaining native parent-email exports and hashes, the current mailbox–custody–repository denominator, certified file indexes and the receiving-side records identified above remain open. Attachment hashes establish attachment byte identity; they do not authenticate the parent email.
How to evaluate a difference or alleged error
An adverse decision is not automatically erroneous; a proved error does not automatically explain its cause. Each comparison should identify what the source proves, what it does not prove, the strongest reasonable alternative explanation and the source needed to close the question.
For DI 22/2026, compare materially equivalent facts with the stated same-facts rule, and differentiated material with the treatment actually recorded. A later separately opened matter is a comparator requiring explanation; its existence alone does not establish unlawful, retaliatory or discriminatory treatment.
Custody and matching bytes do not establish substantive truth, correctness, implementation, personal knowledge, motive, causation or liability. A receiving-side record that has not been located remains an evidence gap.
How to read the three scopes
A Fiscal report, position or communication recorded within a judicial or other non-Fiscalía file.
A complaint, communication, decree or response in a distinct Fiscalía intake, investigation, governmental or inspection file.
One event expressly references both categories. The bridge records that reference only; it does not prove joinder or shared merits.
