CRIMINAL-FIRST READING · GIL MARER ALLEGATION
The question is no longer simply “why was the file closed?”
Gil Marer says the issue to investigate is whether the insolvency administrator used his position to assume effective control over LPB's procedural voice and whether that intervention was functional to discontinuing a diligence aimed at obtaining CAM's economic terms for the credit assignment. He presents this as a possible standalone act of criminal instrumentalisation and also as one part of a wider sequence before, during and after the insolvency.
The available evidence proves intervention, sequence and procedural effect. It does not yet prove personal authorship of the discontinuance by the AC, legal invalidity of the representation change/termination, agreement with any identified Acosta Matos individual, criminal intent or deliberate private benefit.
