New Horizons: the preserved visual record

Display copies use disclosed cropping, privacy masking and monochrome conversion. Complete originals remain preserved separately. An image proves the recorded display, not every assertion within it.
The resident network came before New Horizons.
The 25 June 2018 circular names José Acosta Matos, describes a meeting at which residents were led to believe he was the new owner, and asks for payment documents at a business-domain address and telephone numbers through a resident intermediary. Two 1 July replies confirm residents sent an invoice and payment records.
The intermediary describes a secretarial role and reliance on security's apparent authority, and denies knowing wrongdoing. A later reference to “Mr Marcos” differs from the earlier circular; the discrepancy is preserved. The exhibit is a composite, not a complete native mailbox export. Subsequent use remains unresolved. It does not prove export of Sun Park's existing database.
Date boundary: the June activity must not be called an act of a group whose displayed creation date is 27 August.

The full capture also displays 223 members and administration. It does not establish Cliffe-Jones control, collective intent or commercial targeting by every member.

December 2018 / January 2019: a shared-email capture records the organiser saying she established New Horizons and a displayed reply discussing programme dates and sharing information. The filename says 1 January, but the display includes a 31 December email and a “Wed 2 Jan” reply. Neither the filename nor its word “confession” is adopted as proof of wrongdoing. Native authentication remains a separate step.
23 January 2019 / 20 February 2023: the repository describes a member-led introduction of Julie's Camel service and a later administrator repost of Camel's MYND article. Those exact images were not recovered for this release. They remain repository-described evidence, not invented or substituted screenshots. Similar-dated refund captures were excluded because they concern different records.
Whether community access was used for private solicitation or diversion requires communications, instructions, booking, commission and recipient records. Admission and third-party circulation do not prove those acts.
