A supporting recovery dossier about access to a customer community, editorial authority and commercial distribution. The physical hotel is one component of the injured platform, not its complete identity.
Gil alleges that Mike and Julie Cliffe-Jones combined public-facing concern for Sun Park customers through Lanzarote Information with commercial travel-selling through Camel Travel, prior knowledge of the business and access to its displaced customer community. He alleges that these roles were exercised adversely to the wider Sun Park Living platform and in ways serving the Acosta Matos-linked successor operation.
The question is whether these activities reinforced each other through instruction, informed cooperation, undisclosed interests or commercial benefit. The documented relationships and publications justify examining that question; they do not establish a common unlawful plan or an Acosta Matos mandate.
The claimed injury includes business identity, goodwill, customer trust, community relationships, information, distribution arrangements, commercial partnerships and the capacity to continue or rebuild the enterprise. Possession of the property does not answer who owns each of those rights.
For each alleged transfer or loss, identify the right-holder, act, recipient, date, source, actual benefit and causal link. Avoid counting the same loss twice or treating a sales invitation as proof of revenue received.
The 2017 Hava Vida sales-agreement copy distinguishes the accommodation property from the Supplier's business, intellectual property and goodwill. Formation, counterpart execution, scope and termination remain to establish. It does not transfer every group entity's rights into Hava Vida or make all subsequent MYND income automatically due under that document.
The core reconstruction remains the Acosta Matos perimeter's alleged acquisition and exercise of control, the insolvency administrator's acts, the relevant Fiscal and court decisions, the creditor/title chain and subsequent operation and funding. Individual roles within that perimeter and the conduct of the administrator, Fiscal and judge require separate evidence.
Concurso 36/2012, calificación and RPL 2523/2025, P.O. 641/2024 and its appeal, the administrator-separation proceedings and the Fiscalía records remain the procedural reference points. The master register controls current status. Linking this dossier does not mean its contents have been filed or admitted in a proceeding.
Capacity matters: for post-control deterioration, non-delivery, lost income or failure to preserve records, ask who could actually access, operate, maintain or exclude at the relevant date. LPB's estate is not the whole mixed-ownership hotel or the whole business platform. The 18-unit scope of the adverse eviction judgment and the May 2019 archive of DI 248 remain part of the contrary record.

New Horizons describes a friendship purpose. Later captures record programme-related contacts, debate about admission and individual choice. Membership does not establish culpability.
The BBC received a pre-broadcast challenge containing source-contact images. It later said Sun Park's third-party-illegality explanation was reflected. The adequacy of investigation and context is disputed, not resolved by either assertion.
Camel invited MYND enquiries. A November 2024 Co-operative Travel capture shows a priced MYND offer. Completed bookings, recipients and commissions require transaction records.
Priority evidence comprises the native instruction and receipt chain; customer-contact and access logs; publisher commissioning and revision records; hotel-access or referral arrangements; dated supplier and agency agreements; enquiries, booking codes, merchant receipts and commission ledgers; the 2017 contract/performance file; and the scope and conclusions of Midcounties' investigation.
These records may identify innocent intermediaries, independent editorial choices, or knowing participation. Former clients must not be treated collectively as wrongdoers or converted into jurisdictional defendants merely for convenience.
