No independent registry receipt or entry number, incorporation certificate, hearing, reasoned decision or other substantive ICALPA response has been located through 14 September 2026.

A further DIP 80 communication was sent on 3 September 2026 to ICALPA's public Registry and Deontology addresses. It reported the 1 September 2026 Provincial Court development in the pending insolvency-administrator removal appeals and isolated GC-CIV-003 · Diligencias Preliminares 1041/2017 as a finite defence/discontinuance verification module. The communication expressly presented those matters for investigation and decision; it did not treat them as proof of misconduct.

2. Hypothesis requiring proof or rejection
Whether powers entrusted to the Insolvency Administrator to represent LPB, report to the Court, preserve the estate, verify credit and value, assess alternatives, liquidate, implement and account may have operated — through individualised acts or omissions — as a conversion layer through which disputed private premises acquired procedural, patrimonial, registry, financing and operating effect.
No result is demanded. Reasoned archive, finite checks, grounded suspension or formal opening are possible routes. The request is to identify the clock, corpus, hearing, outstanding act, custodian and competent decision.
3. Next verifiable state
The next update must rest on an independently verifiable procedural record: registry receipt or entry number, certified incorporation, official index, notice to the professional, defined verification, hearing, suspension or decision. Transmission, an automated routing message, intention or silence replaces none of those states.
