Two meanings of “unravelling” Meeting Point.
Business unravelling
Control, works and commercial positioning may have impaired or displaced the Club Sei opportunity and affected contracts, fees, bookings, valuation, disclosure and custody.
Wider causation
It is not proved that CAM/RICPE caused FTI's group insolvency or the break-up of the 15 Canary hotels managed by MPS.
Missing bridge: specific CAM/RICPE act → exact Meeting Point right or contract → measurable operating/financial effect → treatment or omission in a named file → quantified loss or benefit. COVID, FTI's liquidity crisis and the failed investor closing are material counterevidence.

CNMC C/1549/25 documents acquisition of exclusive control of Meeting Point Spain and its subsidiaries by the Portobello perimeter through Gestora Blue Sea Partner; the buyer later acknowledged closing.

Boundary: the workflow state does not prove who configured it, concealment intent, technical inaccessibility or non-receipt by a particular person or institution. For 24 October 2024, the only present statement is that the Public Insolvency Register attributed an act in the then Commercial Court No. 3 to the Magistrate-Judge. This fifth denominator is a finite, role-selected snapshot of the thirteen controlled source surfaces enumerated in the census. It covers their FTI/Meeting Point actors and objects: exact German and Spanish companies, directors, insolvency office-holders, advisers, lawyers, bodies, authorities and proceedings. It is complete only within that thirteen-surface scope; it is not complete verification. It does not include the canonical transaction register or watch view added later, and it does not purport to enumerate hotel-by-hotel assets, new buyers, operators, managers, financiers or other counterparties; nor does it follow deeper links. Each of the 58 pending objects has a finite source requirement and receives no caret until it is closed.
