En Playa Blanca, Yaiza, siendo las 11:30 horas del dia 17 de diciembre de 2.008, y

se reunen en segunda convocatoria los copropietarios, presentes o representados,

 1°.- Lectura y aprobacion si procede del Acta de la Asamblea anterior.
 2°.- Entidad Urbanistica Colaboradora Costa Papagayo. Alumbrado publico y
 derrama necesaria para tal efecto.
 3°.- Gastos de ascensor del Complejo. Inclusion de los mismos en el presupuesto
 anual. Nuevas cuotas.
 4°.- Licencia turistica.
 5°.- Comunidad de Explotacion.
 6°.- Apertura de cuenta corriente comunitaria.
 7°.- Ruegos y preguntas.

5°.- Gomunidad de Explotacion.

Este punto se ha tratado en el punto anterior.

6°.- Apertura de cuenta corriente comunitaria.

Se aprueba la apertura de una cuenta corriente mancomunada en la sucursal de
Playa Blanca de la Caja General de Ahorros de Canarias.

Las personas autorizadas para gestionar dicha cuenta son el Presidente de la
Comunidad el sefior [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO] y el administrador el sefior [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO].

**Resultado de la votacion: Votos a favor: 13, representando el 91,14800 % de las cuotas; Votos en
contra: 0, representando el 0,00000 % de las cuotas; Abstenciones: 0; por lo que queda APROBADO
el asunto del presente punto.

7° .- Ruegos y preguntas.

El sefior [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO], se niega a pagar la cuota de comunidad ya que cree que
en vez de pagar comunidad deberia recibir dinero de la Comunidad de explotacion.
El sefor Presidente le responde que las cuotas de comunidad deberan estar
abonadas antes de fin de afio y que en caso contrario se tomaran las medidas que
la ley nos permita para el cobro de las mismas. En cuanto a las cuentas de la
Comunidad de Explotacion, esta cansado de decir que se le daran cuentas a todos
aquellos propietarios que se adhieran a la misma. El sefior [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO]

esta la que abone las cuotas de comunidad.

La sefiora [NOMBRE DE PERSONA REDACTADO] hace constar su desagrado porque tanto para
esta reunion como para la anterior no le llego la correspondiente convocatoria en
fecha prevista. Solicita que se le abone los gastos de desplazamiento que le supuso
venir a la ultima reunion que fue desconvocada a Ultimo momento. También solicita
certificacion de las actas anteriores.

informan que el apartamento designado con el numero 555 de la nomencliatura
interna esta haciendo uso del mismo como vivienda habitual cuando el uso de los
apartamentos para el Ayuntamiento de Yaiza es turistico. Se ruega requerir a dicho
propietario para que cumpla con el uso establecido para el apartamento.
