Controlled private process
The public website stops at the doorway. A serious capital process then becomes progressively more specific only where the counterparty, jurisdiction and legal route justify it.
Who is the person or organisation, who is the decision-maker, and what role are they actually performing?
Where is the recipient, entity and relevant activity located, and which legal/regulatory perimeter applies?
Determine whether the person invests its own capital, represents another principal, advises, arranges or only introduces.
Confirm the proposed conversation, relevant conflicts and whether the relationship is capital, strategic or both.
Establish the appropriate lawful basis and recipient classification before investment-specific promotion or documents are supplied.
Use proportionate confidentiality and information controls before restricted financial, legal or transaction material is opened.
Move only an aligned party into focused source review, term discussion, KYC/AML, approvals and definitive documentation.

What may be discussed later
The current strategy is broader than any single historical “Loan Note” concept. Depending on the actual transaction and legal advice, a private discussion could examine HoldCo structured capital, preferred or participating capital, a private Loan Note or comparable instrument, and separately financed hotel ProjectCos. No such instrument is represented here as final, approved, available or offered.
