Cuatrecasas asks that Matkator's reposición be dismissed, enforcement continue, finca 8.584 be adjudicated and the remate be capable of cession to a third party. That is an adversarial party submission, not a judicial decision. No later reposición ruling, adjudication decree, cession, registration or possession act has been located.

Enforcement successor to Cambiario 1048/2019. The present asset target is specific; the underlying Cuatrecasas claim architecture is broader.
Claim perimeter ≠ realization perimeter
8.584 is the exact presently identified realization target, not the whole claim. The €182,517.72 Cambiario principal is one of two judicial claim principals later grouped by Cuatrecasas. The wider reconstruction includes unpaid issued invoices, WIP/unbilled work, pro-formas and a February-2022 two-claim figure of €441,463 including interest/costs. Any remaining lawful balance, credits and reach to other Matkator assets must be reconciled independently from the outcome of 8.584.

Separate Matkator asset and relevant to the property/hotel crosswalk. It is not the same 8.584 auction lot and must not be called a current realization target without a separate source.

Whole-claim debtor/accounting bridge
The enforcement must be read with the upstream billing record. The located July-2019 schedule is Aweswell/LPB-facing and has no Matkator-issued invoice; direct Aweswell collection existed; the Cambiario notes were said to relate to some Aweswell/LPB work. The key audit is therefore not simply “does 8.584 exist?” but what obligation Matkator lawfully assumed, how each pagaré maps to work/value, how Claim 1 and Claim 2 avoid overlap, and what has been credited or remains unsatisfied.
No automatic invalidity. A valid autonomous instrument, guarantee, assumption or accommodation may create Matkator liability. That question requires the original instruments and legal/accounting bridge.
Cession is not the same as transfer of the whole credit
The verified 3 September request concerns the faculty to cede the remate to a third party. The repository does not convert that into proof that the entire underlying Cuatrecasas claim/credit was assigned. It also does not identify any assignee, adjudicatario, ultimate beneficiary or Acosta Matos/CAM/HNT recipient.
Sun Park / MYND and wider perimeter
The physical hotel transformation remains relevant to identity, access, utility, exploitation, valuation, evidence and restitution, but does not automatically extinguish registered title or invalidate enforcement. Any Acosta Matos/HNT connection must be source-specific: title, control, transaction, operation, knowledge, assignment, consideration or benefit.
Allegation boundary
Project Sun Rock alleges a wider pattern potentially involving billing/debtor attribution, procedural use and economic leverage. ETJ 163/2020 is one enforcement mechanism within that theory. No invoice fraud, duplicate collection, criminal intent, common plan or Acosta Matos beneficiary is treated as established.
