The controlled public record identifies the EU/ERDF connection for the MYND/GC/836/P06 project.
Two public presentations. One duty to preserve and explain.
This page compares two dated observations of the official MYND Yaiza website and the documents it linked at those times. It records a changed label and linked document. It does not decide why that happened or what occurred in the administrative file.

ERDF / EU funds: what is established, what remains open and what to do next
How to use this page. Public-source room: start with what the project itself publishes and test every proposition against the native file.

Exact operation and percentage, eligible expenditure, invoices, payment/certification, verifications, audits, corrections and recovery.
RIC tax relief, RICPE investment, Regional Incentives, State aid and FEDER/ERDF are not one funding source.
Minimum production needed to close the ERDF question
- operation identifier and programme/fund
- beneficiary and title/availability record
- eligible-cost schedule and invoices/supporting records
- funding sources and other aid declared
- certifications, payments and verified employment
- verifications, audits, issues, corrections or recoveries
Directive (EU) 2024/1260 · FEDER/ERDF · EPPO/OLAF: Editorial action-routing aid; it does not establish fraud, corruption, duplicate funding, EU-budget loss, a PIF nexus, EPPO/OLAF competence or individual liability.
THE COMPARISON
Archived copy · 8 February 2025
“Fondo Europeo”Linked permanent plaque
The preserved page copy showed a link with that title to Modelo_Placa_Permanente_MYND.pdf. The plaque referred to a project co-financed by the European Union, the 2021–2027 Spain Multi-regional Operational Programme, and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

Preserved capture · 7 September 2026
“SUBVENCIONES”Linked construction sign
The later capture showed a “SUBVENCIONES” block. Its text describes the modernisation of the Sun Park apartments into MYND Yaiza and says the action was co-financed by the European Union through the Regional Economic Incentives Line. Its link points to Modelo_Cartel_de_obra_2024_periodo_2022-2027.pdf.
The visible sign identifies GC/836/P06, published investment of €11,469,714 and published EU aid of €3,440,914.20. SHA-256: c1e4b9874ed5900fd9aff5695874c69c4efc21229e217b3ab04c934dcdc86779.

| Documented | Not established by this comparison |
|---|---|
| The public presentation and linked document were different in the two dated observations. | That anyone deliberately removed, concealed or substituted information. |
| Both presentations use European Union co-financing language, in different terminology and formats. | That the underlying funding changed, that aid was fully paid, or what the final ERDF share was. |
| Order HFP/521/2023 publishes, for HOTEL NEW TREND, S.L., GC/836/P06, €11,469,714 investment, a €3,440,914.20 subsidy and 60 jobs to be created. | Certified eligible expenditure, payments, compliance, compatibility with other sources, duplicate funding, fraud, falsity or individual responsibility. |
WHY IT MATTERS
A public difference is not an accusation; it is a reason to preserve versions and request the complete file.
Portal labels, plaques and linked documents do not replace the administrative file. But when a public presentation changes, the defensible response is not to guess at motive: preserve both versions, record their dates and hashes, and let anyone test the sources.
The remaining questions are concrete: what was declared, which asset and costs were assessed, which other funding or aid sources were recorded, which expenditure and jobs were verified, which payments were made, and which controls, modifications, issues or recoveries existed. Each requires specific documents.

Board accountability and the complete disclosure record
Read the open letter to Portfolio’s board and compliance, the verified director/shareholder and international-nexus review, and the expanded alternative disclosure memorandum. The dated comparison separates existing disclosures, the 2020–2021 title/diligence tension, San Telmo client introductions, attributed criminal allegations, financing and unresolved proof.
