CAEPR · ROLE CENSUS · CUT-OFF 31 AUG 2026
Who is who, without transferring what an institution did.
Finite census of people named as members of the Public Prosecution Service, judges, magistrates, LAJs and notaries across the controlled procedural surfaces and sources. Registry personnel enter only where an exact individual name exists.
Rule: ^ resolves identity only. Function, date, signature, involvement, knowledge, legal correctness, conduct, intention and responsibility are proved separately. Names inside verbatim transcripts are not altered; the caret appears in the attribution and index layer.
17 / 17 CONFIRMED
Public Prosecution Service
This includes documented signatories and public office-holders expressly named in the unitary record. Senior office does not make the holder author of every office act.
15 / 15 CONFIRMED
Judges and magistrates
The list connects identities, not proceedings. Panel rosters listed in a procedural act are not presented as the final deciding formation without the corresponding decision.
5 CONFIRMED · 3 PENDING
Notaries
NAMED DENOMINATOR: 0
Property Registry
The controlled sources name Tías Property Registry, entries, presentations, properties and Registry effects, but do not identify an exact individual registrar or staff member.
No identity is invented. “The Registrar”, “Registry” or “Registry staff” are functions or institutions, not CAEPR people. The first primary source showing name, capacity, date and act will open an individual record before ^ is published.
Scope, sources and continuity
The denominator is drawn from the unitary Public Prosecution record, E.G. 745/2026, Classification and RPL 2523/2025, DP 1901/2026, the published Insolvency 36/2012 decisions and appeals corpus, Government File 38/2026, the canonical actor register and deed/protocol controls. It does not claim that the complete certified judicial docket has been obtained: an additional name requires a new row and a new validator run.
The occurrence matrix preserves one row for each of the 48 people, and the finite queue separates nine open tasks: three procedural acts/signatories, three notarial identities, one Registry identity, one certified-denominator refresh and one actor-specific E.G. 745/2026 test.
