INSTITUTIONAL-ACT TRACEABILITY
The email individualises the professional conduct attributed to CAM's lawyer, separates document authorship from professional use, and explains how selected filings may have become reusable legal-documentary anchors inside and outside Insolvency 36/2012.
Status boundary. Gmail transmission is established. Delivery to every recipient server, incorporation into DIP 79/2026, review, the professional's hearing, electronic-registry filing and an ICALPA decision are not established.

Subject: DIP 79/2026 – urgent requirement for a reasoned decision, verification of disputed judicial documentation and preservation of its extra-insolvency effects.
| Type | File | Controlled evidential purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Court filing | Escrito de CAM ref Reforma Integral 2018 (entrada en funcionamiento) 15FEB2021.pdf | CAM opposition package commonly archived under 15 February, with text and signature records extending to 16–17 February 2021. |

| Court filing | ESCRITO de CAM ref RIC PE y Enrique Guerra Suarez 21JUL2021.pdf | Procedural use of the RICPE certificate and request to restrict further Aweswell material. |
| Certificate | CERTIFICACION de Enrique Guerra Suarez 21JUL2021.pdf | Qualified record addressing 54 CAM properties, LPB assets, third-party properties, absence of acquisition, LOI and complete due diligence. |
| Derivative graphic | pwc-five-actors-plus-ac-2016-knowledge-checkpoint-ES.png | Prior professional-knowledge context and separation of five private actors from the court-appointed Insolvency Administrator control point. |
| Derivative graphic | san-telmo-ricpe-sun-park-stamp-v1-ES.png | Later San Telmo–RICPE–Sun Park context and the need to reconcile matters, conflicts, clients and access. |
Attribution rule. The lawyer did not author the two third-party certificates. The professional question concerns possible verification, qualification, adoption, presentation, continued reliance or correction, and whether the inference sought matched what each source actually stated.

The source and graphics do not themselves prove the lawyer's knowledge, coordination, information transfer, an unmanaged conflict, unlawfulness or responsibility. They were supplied as preservation and traceability context.
Evidence and court decision
The CAM/Community account entered the adversarial record in which the requested inspection and expert process was not then carried out. No sole causation is alleged; the exact contribution requires reconstruction.
Access and possession
The Community certificate could influence the legal characterisation of security, custody and access by owners, technicians, experts, operators and potential participants.
Works and value
Characterising works as internal or safety-related could become a premise for measuring loss, comparing alternatives, valuing and deciding liquidation.
Title and third parties
The RICPE certificate itself described fragmented title. A unitary project narrative could not replace property-by-property title or transfer extra-insolvency assets.
Investment and financing
A judicially presented account might circulate as a legitimacy or risk signal in investment, supervisory, financing and advisory settings without legally binding those third parties.
Later operation
Later operation does not prove unlawful origin, but makes the traceability of documentary bridges affecting access, works, value, title, financing and operation increasingly material.
DIP 79: what CAM's lawyer verified, qualified, presented, maintained or corrected.
DIP 80: what the Insolvency Administrator independently verified, adopted, reported, protected, implemented and accounted for from the estate side.
Requested institutional rule: shared documents justify coordinated preservation, indexing and reconciliation; they do not justify merged culpability, automatic transfer of evidence or a common merits decision.
