Recovery of the original court file: on 9-Apr-2025 an 83-page, image-only court-file PDF for Cambiario 1048/2019, including later ETJ 163/2020 material, entered the current evidential corpus. Contemporaneous project correspondence described the event as finally obtaining the cambiario file. The source has been preserved by hash and on 8-Sep-2026 was fully digitised 83/83 with a searchable PDF, OCR text, positional/confidence data, page-indexed records, page images, manifest and checksums in controlled evidence storage. The original scan and full OCR are not public without document-level review/redaction.

Verified documentary link: the LexNET claim filed on 30-Jul-2019 identifies CUATRECASAS GONCALVES PEREIRA, S.L.P. as claimant and MATKATOR, S.L. as defendant; it seeks €182,517.72 principal documented by four promissory notes and requests preventive attachment over fincas 8.584 and 8.588. The file contains Auto 1390/2019 dated 4-Sep-2019 and the later location/service sequence, and then links to ETJ 163/2020. These links do not merge proceedings: the 2025 nullity incident and DP 748/2026 are recorded as later, separate tracks.
