Documentary investigation · Meeting Point Spain · proceeding 357/2024

A signed Auren appointment. Further source records still required.

A signed 18 February 2025 order in Meeting Point Spain proceeding 357/2024 before Las Palmas Commercial Court 3 appoints Auren Reestructuraciones, S.L.P. and is electronically signed by Guillermo Fernández García. A separate Public Insolvency Register notice attributes the 24 October 2024 extension decision to Alberto López Villarrubia. The original October decision and allocation or correction trail remain to be produced. A separate investigation into Sun Park / Lava Verde / Club Sei asks whether the debtor or its perimeter held material commercial records and how those records were preserved or disclosed.

Court order and Public Insolvency Register

The later appointment is verified. The earlier source record remains open.

The signed order and register notice retain the same debtor, court and proceeding number. Their different evidential status must be kept distinct.

  1. 23 / 31 JUL 2024

    Article 583 communication

The signed February order records a joint communication by Meeting Point Hotelmanagement (Canaries), S.L.U., Meeting Point Spain, S.L.U. and Meeting Point Investment, S.L.U. on 23 July, treated as filed by a 31 July procedural act.

  2. 18 SEP / 24 OCT 2024

    Extension of effects

A register notice published on 29 October records an 18 September decree and attributes the 24 October extension decision to Alberto López Villarrubia. The signed October decision and allocation record have not been recovered.

  3. 18 FEB 2025

    Appointment of expert

A signed court order appoints Auren Reestructuraciones, S.L.P. as restructuring expert following the entities' 23 January request. It is electronically signed by Guillermo Fernández García.

  4. 7 MAR 2025

    Archived register copies

The register copies were issued on this date. The form itself warns that the register cannot guarantee the integrity of all data received from its source.

Inference control

What is observed is not evidence of irregularity.

It establishes

One signed later order; one earlier register notice

The February Auren appointment and its signer are verified from the court order. The October attribution is verified from a register notice.

It does not establish

Reason or impropriety

The record does not establish why different judicial names appear on different acts, or prove substitution, support, reassignment, data error, coordination, conflict or misconduct.

It can be resolved by

October original and allocation trail

The signed October decision, allocation register and any substitution, secondment, reassignment or register-correction decision can close the remaining question routinely.

Publication rule: “different judicial names appear on different acts” is a documentary observation. “A judicial conflict or misconduct occurred” would be a conclusion the current records do not support.

The commercial connection that changes documentary relevance

357/2024 may be a custody and disclosure node for Sun Park / Club Sei.

The relevance is no longer limited to the two “judge” fields. Acosta Matos publicly presents Hotel Lava Verde at C/ Janubio 3 as a 279-room project; Meeting Point Hotels/FTI announced Club Sei Lanzarote in 2019; a February 2020 capture offered it commercially in Playa Blanca; and a direct supplier source linked Sun Park to Lava Verde and confirmed physical pilot work before the 2022 LPB adjudication. The exact Meeting Point contracting entity remains unidentified.

Project

Lava Verde

CAM appears publicly as “owner” of the 279-room project. In 2021, however, CAM told the insolvency court it owned 54 apartments within a complex containing LPB and third-party units. The difference requires title/perimeter evidence, not an automatic conclusion of falsehood.

Brand / distribution

Club Sei / Meeting Point

Trade sources place Club Sei Lanzarote within Meeting Point Hotels/FTI. The contract, inventory, bookings, payments and specific legal entity remain unproduced. FTI also postponed Club Sei implementation in October 2020.

Restructuring

357/2024

If Meeting Point Spain was a counterparty or custodian, its proceeding, debtor annexes and Auren file may contain the records capable of confirming or excluding the relationship and related contingencies.

Open the Lava Verde → Club Sei → Meeting Point dossier →

The correct connection: a possible documentary-custody route does not make 357/2024 proof of concealment, does not establish Meeting Point Spain as the contracting entity and does not attribute personal Sun Park knowledge to either judge.

Why a public answer matters

Meeting Point is a traceability point, not a link in a chain of guilt.

Public material separately identifies Alberto López Villarrubia in Sun Park's judicial history and Guillermo Fernández García in Inparsa Judgment 61/2025. Those matters do not connect their merits, show a common network, or establish a judicial conflict. The concrete 357/2024 request is limited to its original acts and allocation records.

Sun Park

Commercial Court 1

The public dossier records decisions and omissions that Gil Marer has submitted to complaint and scrutiny. No published criminal merits ruling establishes guilt.

Meeting Point

Commercial Court 3 · 357/2024

The February Auren appointment is a signed order; the October extension is presently evidenced by a register notice. The October original and allocation record remain unproduced.

Inparsa

Commercial Court 3 · 354/2024

Guillermo Fernández García approved the plan. Inparsa's criminal complaint has been reported at a provisional stage, without a finding of guilt.

The correct connection: these proceedings make source traceability relevant. They do not permit an accusation to migrate from one matter to another or criminality to be inferred from professional proximity.

Finite document request

The February order is recovered. The October and commercial records need a second package.

Acceptance, mandate, information requests, records received, report and workpaper index.

7

Meeting Point/FTI entity, contracts, allotments, PMS/channel-manager, OTAs, bookings, invoices and Sun Park/Lava Verde/Club Sei flows.

8

2024 preservation

What the FTI/Meeting Point perimeter received, who preserved/reviewed it and what was transferred into the Spanish proceeding or expert file.

Corporate precision: FTI Touristik, a tourism-group company, must not be confused with FTI Consulting, an independent advisory firm. Shared initials do not evidence a relationship.
